BBC Electric Proms Oct 22- 26 in London & Liverpool Burt Bacharach, Oasis, Goldfrapp, Razorlight...

Now in its third year, BBC Electric Proms has expanded taking place in London and Liverpool from October 22 – 26th.

The festival is dedicated to creating new moments in music and to that end the line up boasts an amazing array of artists from household names to unknowns on the cusp of success;
 Burt Bacharach opens the festival with the BBC Concert Orchestra with guest vocalists Adele, Beth Rowley and Jamie Cullum... Bolshie brothers of rock Oasis perform with the Crouch End Festival Chorus...Razorlight and Keane will be debuting new material; Goldfrapp will perform a  stripped down show against a specially designed set; in Liverpool the Electric Proms will host its first under 18s show with guests including Esser and Thomas Tantrum . For those disco diehards amongst you, Saturday Night Fever turns 30 this year so the Electric Proms have created an evening to celebrate that fact with Robin Gibb  Gabriella Cilmi and Sam Sparro, musically directed by Anne Dudley.
